We are deeply saddened to hear about Aunt Bertha Mae's passing. She was such a wonderful person. She was so giving to her family members and to the community. She will be greatly missed. It's been a long time since we moved from the Peoria area, but we still hold all of the memories of family and friends close to our hearts. I enjoyed looking at the picture/slideshow. You can tell how much Bertha Mae was loved!!! Thinking of you all at this sad time.

Gary and I were so sad to hear of Aunt Bertha Mae's passing. My father let me know as he still gets the Peoria Journal Star. I will miss our Christmas notes from Aunt Bertha Mae-she never missed sending us a card. We have a very fond memories of how sweet and kind she was. We know how hard this will be for all of the Dutro family.

Grandma was such a fun loving lady who was very special to me. She was more than a grandma to me, she was like a mother to me. I cherish the values she instilled in me and know I am the person she wanted me to be. Thank you granny for all you did for me and always being there for me. I hold your memory close to my heart, I will miss you dearly. I'm so very thankful that you were able to walk with me through life and meet your great grandkids! See you soon,we love you!

Grandma was the sweetest and most loving and kind hearted person anyone would love to know. She did so much for me and bill that words could not explain how much we appreciated everything.Our hearts are breaking cause she has passed but we know that she is in a better place and no longer suffering.We love you grandma and you will stay in our hearts forever!Miss you!

She was an amazing woman. She also liked to watch Let's Make a Deal. We would take her to eat and if they had pecan pie she would have to have a piece to take home, but she had to have a bite of the pie before we left the restaurant. We will miss you and we love you so much.

she was the most amazing mom in the world, she was very caring, understanding, loving and beautiful. she loved the cubs, wheel of fortune, and price is right. i would go over to see her about every day and her routine was eating her breakfast was 1/2 banana and half of doughnut. she loved to go to tall bobs and get her afternoon ice cream cone.
